Be sure Cisco Secure Client is downloaded
Launch program
Choose the NCSU VPN - “vpn.ncsu.edu”
Click “Connect”
Enter username, password, and “push”, “sms” or “passcode” to authenticate via Duo
Once authenticated, we can log into the SUNNY server via MobaXTerm

We’ve navigated to the PSA images location. From here - for our preprocessing purposes - we will choose to either go to either the Semifield or Field folder using the respective command:

Now we have navigated to where we work with our batches. From here we , lots can be done:
“download” Field batches
“copy” Semifield batches
Open new screens
Launch RawTherapee to create color profiles
Send batches into their respective pipelines
Check available batches
Check/Crosscheck # of images, jpgs, arws, pp3s, etc.
4. Know the differences: Semifield vs Field
Sometimes it It can be easy to get mixed up when working on Semifield and Field batches. Mix-ups will lead to errors and frustrations, so it is important to stay organized, work slowly, and sit down knowing what to focus on in this preprocessing session. This takes time and practice. Don’t forget to take breaks.
