Make a doc in confluence explaining how to setup arduino IDE and flash the board - DONE

Make a doc in confluence explaining the folder structure (especially inside the Codes folder)

Document the set baud rate process for 3g

Control flow diagram or general logic overview

Write down somewhere in confluence not to use new versions of the libraries (<-- included in Arduino set up instructions)

Maybe document any stumbling blocks you had getting started and a brief overview of solutions
