WCCC User Testing

Introduction

This document will go over the timeline and scope of Western Species Selector tool completion and testing.

User testing timeline proposal

1. Meeting to kick off scope and plan for user testing the week February 3rd (to be scheduled)

2. The tool will have all western data for all councils imported by February 28th

3. Starting March 1st we will have a small internal review from members of the WCCC to make sure things are working as expected and resolve any issues

4. User testing materials will start being created in early March and be completed by March 15th

5. Final materials will be delivered to facilitators on March 22nd

6. User testing will begin the week of March 24th and complete April 11th

7. Results will be summarized on May 2nd

8. Any updates needed from user testing will be implemented in May and June
