Introduction

This document will go over the basics of stand up meetings. You can modify this format as you see fit for your team, this is just a starting idea

Agenda

One person will be the scrum master and share their screen showing the kanban board for your team. The will call on each person to answer the following questions:

  1. What did you do yesterday?

  2. What did you do today?

  3. Are you blocked on anything?

The scrum master will move tickets around the board according to what people say if needed. At the end of the standup the board will be accurate for the whole team.

Key Ideas

  • The standup should be no more than 15 minutes

  • Any blockers can be addressed after the meeting or scheduled later if needed, not during the standup

  • No labels
