Kanban Overview

Introduction

Kanban is a visual workflow that allows teams to quickly and easily categorize tasks. Issues are represented as cards on a board that fall into one of several columns that the team can define.

An Example Board

This is a sample kanban board that shows how tasks can but grouped into the different columns based on their status. Each task is a specific card on the board.

The columns can be defined by the teams and may change over time.
