5. Mix Seeding Rate

This is a page for the users to manually adjust the Mix Seeding Rate value.

The Slider in the page would be initialized with mix seeding rate value from calculation, and the min and max value are set as 50% and 150% of mix seeding rate.

When adjust the slider, the new mix seeding rate value would be saved and the changed rate(new rate / default rate) would be saved in options for further calculation.
