Step 1: Design Review & Delivery Design of Feedback

The design team collaborates with the developers to deliver a list of “low hanging fruit” design changes to improve the application before testing.

Complete On: November 8th

Step 2: Integration of Updates (Dev)

The development team integrates the updates based on the specs provided by the design team.

Complete On: Dec. 2nd

Step 3: Final QA / Preparation for Testing

Window provided to lock any changes made by the dev team and test to ensure the product is ready for the testing session.

Complete On: Dec. 6th

Step 4: Goals Definition and Testing Process

The GameTheory team collaborates with the drone team to set clear goals for testing and create a process / format for our testing session on Dec. 9th.

Complete On: Nov. 22nd

Step 5: Materials Creation

The GameTheory team creates any needed materials to execute the testing session and collect feedback towards our goals on Dec. 9th.

Complete On: Dec 6th

Step 6: Testing

The teams collaborate to use the testing plan and materials created to test the application with the target audience for feedback.
