9:00 AM - 9:15 AM: Welcome & Introductions

• Welcome: Appreciation for participants, and introduction to the purpose of the tool → Chris

• Agenda Overview

9:15 AM - 9:45 AM: Tool Overview

• Tool Overview: Screen share to go through the tool’s functionality at a high level (and the supporting tools) → Jinam

• Clarifying Questions* from the group → Rob

* Feedback can be given in the individual groups, questions can be centered on ensuring everyone understands the goals of the tool and it’s functionality.

9:45 AM - 10:45 PM: Concurrent User Testing Groups

Break into groups with a maximum of 10 participants each to review the tool’s functionality together:

• Group 1 → Plant Breeders (Marguerite)

• Group 2 → Plant Breeders (Shannon)

• Group 3 → Drone Experts and Administrators (Chris)

• Group 4 → Flex Plant Breeders Group (if Needed) (Elizabeth)

For each group, sessions will run as follows:

• Introductions (job title / work)

• Ask respondents to open the app on their devices

• Go through the Testing Questions provided

• Ask respondents to use the link on the screen to access and complete the respondent survey

10:45-11:00 PM: Wrap Up

• Summarize key themes and insights from the user testing sessions → Shannon & Marguerite

• Answer any remaining questions.
