DST Release Order of Operations

Introduction

This document will outline the tasks needed to complete the release of the tools. For a more detailed overview, visit the DST Project Board.

Species Selector Steps for Completion

1. Pull all data into the database, completed Feb 28th

2. Verify on the front end that species / properties match what is in Airtable, completed Feb 28th

3. Make front end updates needed for the WCCC, completed Feb 28th

4. Generate all PDFs for all regions, completed Feb 28th

5. Have council managers review data and verify it is accurate, adjust if needed, begins march 1st

6. WCCC user testing, begins on March 24th ends on May 2nd

7. Implement any fixes needed from user testing complete by end of May

Seeding Rate Calculator Steps for Completion

1. Verify imports for SCCC, NECCC, MCCC for accuracy internally

2. Complete WCCC data verification

3. Get council manager review

4. Complete WCCC data verification

5. Import WCCC data, internal review

6. Have council manager / affiliate review data

7. WCCC user testing

8. Updates based on WCCC user testing
